Liability

This Service Agreement is entered into between the client (henceforth referred to as `I`) and Detaild Mobile Car Detailing.

The parties involved agree to the following conditions:

Vehicle Damages:

I acknowledge that Detaild Mobile Car Detailing will not be responsible for any pre-existing or mechanical issues such as scratches, dents, or any internal or external damages already present in the vehicle. The company is also not accountable for the loss or damage of items left in the vehicle due to circumstances beyond Detaild Mobile Car Detailing's control, such as fire, theft, accident, or the services provided. I will inspect my vehicle with a Detaild Mobile Car Detailing representative before they depart. I relinquish any liability claims against Detaild Mobile Car Detailing concerning my vehicle or belongings after the keys have been returned or the representative has left the premises. I also acknowledge that Detaild Mobile Car Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to any personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, its contents, or the service location.

Engine Cleaning:

By requesting Detaild Mobile Car Detailing to clean or wipe down the engine and/or engine compartment, I accept that Detaild Mobile Car Detailing will not be held responsible for any issues that may emerge from this service.

Customer Absence at Service Completion:

If I am unable to be present when the service is finished, I release Detaild Mobile Car Detailing from any liability concerning my vehicle.

Keys Handling:

I permit and authorize Detaild Mobile Car Detailing to leave the keys with a specified individual, in a specified area of my vehicle, or at a designated location if I am not present when the service is completed.

Completion Wait Time:

I agree that Detaild Mobile Car Detailing cannot wait for more than 15 minutes after notifying me about the completion of services. I also release Detaild Mobile Car Detailing from any liability regarding my vehicle or belongings after they have handed over the keys or left the premises.

Vehicle Operation:

I authorize Detaild Mobile Car Detailing to operate the vehicle for service delivery, space accommodation, inspection, or any other necessary reasons at my risk.

Interior Cleaning/Detailing:

I authorize Detaild Mobile Car Detailing to use chemical cleaning solutions on the steering wheel, dash, console, and door panels, and to shampoo the seats and/or carpet using the Extraction Method/Wet Method in the vehicle at my risk.

Exterior Washing/Detailing:

I authorize Detaild Mobile Car Detailing to use chemical cleaning solutions to wash the exterior, tires, and wheels, and to apply compound, polish or wax or a combination of these by hand or machine applied in the vehicle at my risk.

Vehicle's Windshield & Windows:

I understand that temperature changes when water is sprayed or applied during the washing of my vehicle's exterior might cause my windshield or windows to crack. I release Detaild Mobile Car Detailing from any liability regarding my vehicle's windows and windshield.

Vehicle Battery:

I agree that the vehicle's doors will be open while Detaild Mobile Car Detailing cleans the interior, which could potentially drain the battery; I release Detaild Mobile Car Detailing from any liability this may cause.

Ownership:

I certify that I am the registered owner of the vehicle being serviced by Detaild Mobile Car Detailing, or I have the authority of the registered owner(s) to submit the vehicle to Detaild Mobile Car Detailing.

Express Lien:

I agree that an express lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the cost of the service.

Law:

Any claim arising from this service will be resolved under Ontario law. If legal action is necessary, I agree to pay lawyer fees and court costs.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT `Detaild Mobile Car Detailing Terms and Conditions of Service` AND UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFFLINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE OR IN PERSON, I VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST `Detaild Mobile Car Detailing` FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
