Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and sometimes it may be necessary to cancel an appointment. In order to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

The Detaild Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice or notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient for you.

2. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 1-hour notice, or if we are unable to perform the service once we arrive, there will be a $50 fee. This fee is necessary to compensate for travel expenses and the time of our staff. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.
